V nice coffeee for a non coffeee drinker!
I took Msk after my 1st pregnancy n I manage to slim down n fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes but it was also with exercising. Forgotten why i stopped taking, perhaps due to cost n I was able to maintain my weight. And back then there were only OG coffee n cocoa.
Fast forward after my 2nd preg (I put on 20+kg each preg), the tummy is still very big but I believe in gradual weight loss so I chose to take coffee+cocoa every morn (+try to control my diet). Over 3-4 months, I lost around 8kg and was able to fit back into my pre-preg clothes before #2. And this is without exercise cos with 2 kids I was feeling v lazy to exercise. Though there's still a mum tum now, I'm happy with the results. I am stil drinking Msk daily (so many diff yummy flavours that I can look forward to choosing) to maintain my weight without controlling diet so much cos there's also fat flusher which I will take before heavy meals.
The cost may seem like a deterrent but if you would to divide it by the no. of boxes and sachets each cup works out to be cheaper than those latte in cafe/coffee chains and this is with health benefits. I enjoy drinking the coffee and cacao every morning. Rose latte and lychee cacao make an interesting and pleasant combo. The plushies are truly adorable! I have the pink and yellow ones. Can't wait to get the others.
